About 8farmers.com. ("8farmers"), is an online ecommerce portal that connects farmers, customers and merchants.

8farmers provides advertisements of special offers and promotions on shops & services, as well as additional information on discounts, prices and availability.

All other offers, promotions and deals are offered by the merchant, not 8farmers, although some information has been compiled by 8farmers from merchant sites and materials and are not provided directly by the merchants. 8farmers acts only as a medium. The data that appears on 8farmers.com is for informational and advertising purposes only. 8farmers is not responsible for and does not guarantee the performance of any such goods or services listed. 8farmers is not involved in the transaction between you and merchants and does not control whether merchants honor the deals, promotions, special offers, discounts, prices or other information listed on 8farmers.com. 8farmers respects the privacy of its users. Pricing

All the products registered on the 8farmers websiteare sold at MRP unless otherwise specifically mentioned. The rates mentioned at the time of ordering will be charged to the customer and not impacted by the rates on delivery.

Cancellation by 8farmers / Customer. As a customer, you can cancel your order anytime until the cut-off time of the period for which you have placed an order. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Any fraudulent transaction by any customer which defies the terms & conditions of using the website leads to cancellation of the order by the Site.

Returns and Refund Policy.

You as a customer can return the product at the time of delivery if not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back and issue a refund of the same amount (the amount of the returned product)to your account.For Coupons, 8farmers will offer a full refund or credit (except on all sale final coupons) on all non-expired and unused purchases within 30 days.

Coupon Sales and Redemption. 8farmers offers users the opportunity to purchase coupons (each, a "Coupon") that will enable them to buy goods or services from an offering merchant (each, a "Merchant"). Users pay a non-refundable fixed amount (the "Cash Value") for a Coupon that generally has a higher redemption value (the "Face Value"). 8farmers merely acts as the venue and conduit for this purchase: it is the user who buys, and the Merchant who sells, the Coupon. The following rules apply, except where prohibited by law.

The Coupon or Coupon offer will describe the Cash Value and Face Value of the Coupon; the types of goods and/or services that may be purchased and any restrictions (for example, that a restaurant Coupon cannot be applied to alcohol, sales tax or tip, or may be used only for in-restaurant dining); the number of times it may be used; and the deadline for use ("Expiration Date"). It is at the Merchant's discretion whether Coupons can be combined with other promotions, offers or coupons. Merchants may impose additional rules and restrictions: read the terms of the Merchant's offer and any associated information to understand the redemption rules.

Any deliberate attempt to redeem a Coupon that is inconsistent with these Coupon Sales and Redemption rules may, at the discretion of the Merchant, render the Coupon void.

Neither 8farmers nor any Merchant is responsible for, or must reimburse the value of, lost, stolen or damaged Coupons. Coupons may not be sold or transferred (unless permitted by the Merchant); nor may they be copied or modified. If a Coupon is not redeemed by the Expiration Date, the Merchant will honor the unused Cash Value paid (but generally not the Face Value) to the extent required by law. 8FARMERS HAS NO LIABILITY FOR REDEMPTION OF COUPONS OR REPAYMENT OF THEIR VALUE, but will make reasonable efforts to assist users whose Merchants will not honor the Face Value (in accordance with the rules of redemption) or, after the Expiration Date, the unused Cash Value. No User is entitled to a refund of the Cash Value or Face Value, but at most the opportunity to redeem the Coupon for the types of goods and services (subject to any restrictions) contained in the Coupon.

All Sale Final Saves: In some instances, 8farmers will feature a Save as "All Sale Final". This is indicated in the details of the Save.

Occasionally 8farmers runs a Referral Rewards program. Referral Rewards are issued when an existing partner refers a new, unique person who creates an account on 8farmers and that person then makes their first purchase within 30 days. Referral Rewards will only be granted for those using the 8farmers share tools designed to track referrals and Rewards. A referrer must have an existing account and be identified at the time they create their unique Share Link in order to be eligible for Save Rewards. The referred person must use the referrer's unique and identifiable Share Link in order for the referrer to be eligible for Save Rewards. A referred person can only earn Save Rewards for a single referrer. 8farmers may impose restrictions on the number of Referral Rewards allowed per partner.

8farmers reserves the right to resolve all Save Rewards disputes at its discretion.

Promotion Codes. 8farmers offers Promotion, or Promo, Codes for some purchases. In order for a Promo Code to apply, it must be entered in the payment section of the Save order page. Promo codes can not be applied to previously placed orders. Promo codes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, credits. Certain restrictions apply to Promo Codes. Promo Codes are not available for use on every Save. Promo Codes may have quantity or time based restrictions. Only one Promo Code may be used per purchase. Promo Codes can only be used one time per person. 8farmers reserves the right to apply any and all Save Rewards before applying the value of a Promo Code. The value of a promo code can never exceed the value of a purchase.

User. You can become a partner of 8farmers by filling out the necessary information. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not (i) register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person; nor will you (ii) adopt a user name that 8farmers, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. 8farmers's use of your personal information is subject to its Privacy Policy; use of your information by merchants or sites linked to or referenced by 8farmers are subject to that site/merchant's policies and should be reviewed by you. 8farmers does not review or take responsibility for the terms, conditions or policies of the sites and merchants to which it references or to which it links.

User Responsibilities. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any deal, offer, promotion or other information available through 8farmers. You are responsible for confirming with the merchant any information you received through 8farmers before you purchase any goods or services. If you use the services or information made available through 8farmers, you must use your own judgment in completing the sale or other transaction. You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws. You represent and warrant that all information supplied to 8farmers, including name and email address, is accurate and personal to you. Linked Websites. 8farmers.com references links to other websites that are not operated by 8farmers. 8FARMERS DOES NOT CONTROL THESE WEBSITES AND DOES NOT ENDORSE OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE REFERENCED WEBSITES. The existence of such links shall not be construed as an endorsement of the material appearing on such sites. Code of Conduct/Right to Terminate: You will not post or distribute any materials that are abusive, libelous, defamatory or obscene; or that are fraudulent or deceptive; or that violate anyone's copyrights or other intellectual property; or that violate anyone's confidentiality or privacy; or that harass, threaten, or are otherwise inappropriate.
